Ingredients
300 gr of cherry mozzarella
200 gr of cherry or Piccadilly tomatoes
Oregano
Basil leaves
Extra virgin olive oil
salt
Long toothpicks for skewers
Put the whole cherry tomatoes in a bowl and season with oil, salt, oregano and 3 basil leaves, chopped with your hands. Leave in a cool place for 15 minutes to flavour. Remove from the refrigerator and add them on the skewer alternating tomato, basil leaf, mozzarella, basil leaf…. Until it is filled.
