Ingredients for 4 people
600 grams of green broccoli
5 cloves of garlic
1 red pepper
80 gr of grated Parmesan cheese
30 gr of breadcrumbs
4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
salt
pepper
Clean the broccoli and remove the larger stalks. Put them in a saucepan with three fingers of lightly salted water, taking care to keep the tops out of the water. Cover with the lid and boil for a few minutes (less than 10 for a "crunchy" result). Cool them under running water to keep them bright green and put them in an oven pan (always with the tops facing up). Cut the garlic cloves in half and distribute them among the broccoli, together with the chilli (crumbled if dry, sliced if fresh). The amount of the latter depends on your aptitude for spicy.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs and oil distributed in drops on the surface.
Bake in grill mode for 5 minutes
