Goat cheese balls and spices


Ingredients for 4 people

  • 100 gr of fresh goat cheese

  • 100 gr of fresh robiola

  • 1 bunch of chives

  • 1 hot pepper

  • 2 tablespoons poppy seeds

  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds

  • 2 tablespoons chestnut honey

In a bowl, mix the two kinds of cheese and make balls of about 5 cm in diameter. Finely chop the chives and chilli; toast the sesame seeds and poppy seeds and put these 4 ingredients in 4 different dishes. Bread the cheese balls alternating the 4 ingredients. Serve with drops of chestnut honey.
