Goat cheese balls



Ingredients for 20/25 balls

  • 300 gr soft goat cheese

  • 200 gr spreadable cheese (such as fresh robiola)

  • Finely chopped dill

  • Shredded chives

  • Chopped pistachios

  • Sesame

  • Fine breadsticks


Put the two kinds of cheese in a blender and blend quickly to mix them. Put them in the refrigerator for about ten minutes to cool the mixture.

Remove and form balls of a couple of cm in diameter and pass them into the bowls where you have put the 4 ingredients separately. Coat each ball with a single ingredient. Place them on a plate and "pierce" them with a breadstick of about 10 cm. Refrigerate and serve.
