Ingredients for 4 servings
600 ml of almond milk
1 kg of yellow apples
2 teaspoons of agar agar
Cinnamon to decorate
Peel the apples cut them into cubes and cook them in a non-stick pan for about 15 minutes.
Transfer them to a blender with almond milk and blend. Add the agar-agar powder.
Transfer to a saucepan and bring to a boil. Cook for two minutes, stirring constantly. Divide the mixture into 4 pans and let them cool to room temperature, then transfer them to the refrigerator and let them cool for at least two hours or more.
To serve, remove the puddings from the pans and sprinkle them with ground cinnamon before serving.
